Awaken Your Inner Goddess: Be kind to your mind
Join us for a nurturing 2-hour painting experience designed to inspire self-care, calmness and self expression. In honour of Mental Health Awareness month, this workshop is a space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Inspired by the topic of mindfulness this goddess will feature flowers and magical elements in her flowing hair.
What Awaits You:
Guided Painting Session – No experience needed! Tap into your creativity as you paint your outlined goddess, creating your own colour palette.
Mindfulness & Self-Discovery – Immerse yourself in a tranquil atmosphere with gentle music, intention-setting, and moments of reflection.
Take Home Your Goddess – Your finished painting will be a unique and personal piece, a symbol of your self-love and empowerment.
Selection of teas – Enjoy a selection of tea as you paint your goddess.
Bring your own drinks – Feel free to bring your own alcoholic or non alcoholic drinks to enjoy as you paint! We will provide paper cups.
