As the days grow shorter and we turn inwards for warmth, November invites us to slow down, soften, and show kindness, especially to ourselves. Join us for a heartwarming 2-hour painting experience designed to help you reconnect with gentleness, compassion, and the beauty of being kind to yourself.

In this session, we’ll paint a Goddess of Kindness, a serene, nurturing figure who embodies softness, empathy, and self-love. She reminds us that kindness begins within. Through her, we’ll honour the quiet strength that comes from caring for ourselves as deeply as we care for others.

What Awaits You:
Guided Painting Session – No experience needed! Tap into your creativity as you paint your outlined goddess, creating your own colour palette.
Mindfulness & Self-Discovery – Immerse yourself in a tranquil atmosphere with gentle music, intention-setting, and moments of reflection.
Take Home Your Goddess – Your finished painting will be a unique and personal piece, that reflects your journey and symbolizes self love.

Selection of teas – Enjoy a selection of tea as you paint your goddess.

Bring your own drinks – Feel free to bring your own alcoholic or non alcoholic drinks to enjoy as you paint! We will provide paper cups.

Whether you’re an experienced artist or picking up a brush for the first time, this workshop is for anyone seeking creativity, a moment of calm or to connect with other women.
